To share and expand our love of sugarcane-derived spirits of all varieties in an atmosphere of camaraderie, education, and exploration.

Meetings
Once monthly opt-in spirit tastings with educational components, discussions, and opportunities for fellowship and community building. Regular attendance is NOT required. Casual membership is encouraged.
Rules
- Must be 21+ to participate.
- Discrimination, bigotry, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated. This organization is open to people of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Club members who are found to exhibit bigotry or hate speech, either during or outside of club activities, are subject to expulsion from the group by the officers.
- Be courteous and respectful at all times. Members come from all different backgrounds and experience levels. We are here to share our love of cane spirits, not shame others for their lack of knowledge.
- Please drink responsibly. We come together to taste, savor, and experience, not to binge. Pace yourselves while tasting, and remember – spitting is ok! (Those overproofs can be a doozy)
